    Deluxe hotel, the staff were all welcoming and amiable and the location was stunning close to nature. I loved the room, it was beautifully maintained and big size and included with balcony and a breathtaking view, as for instance.

    Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

    The room was beautifully maintained and reasonably spacious with a balcony and a breathtaking view, just what we needed. The food was excellent with plenty of options. The polite staff was the jewel in the crown. The remote location was a plus.

    Our stay at Welcomhotel By Itc Hotels was wonderful. The location was serene and close to nature, allowing us to relax and unwind. The food at the hotel was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The activity zone for both kids and adults was a hit, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and well-lit, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The trek guide provided by the hotel was cautious and made us feel safe during these challenging times. The front office and F&B teams were attentive and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process, as well as really good service. The quality of the food was superb, although a few more options could be considered. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and enjoyable stay.

    The breakfast variety and polite staff were impressive. We also appreciated the beautiful view from the balcony. The location in the midst of greenery was ideal for nature lovers. we enjoyed the luxurious and lavish rooms, which were a great place to relax during Easter weekend.

    The superior room we were given, despite being an upgrade, was cramped. the charging points in the room were inconveniently placed.

    During Easter, we had a fantastic experience staying at a hotel surrounded by picturesque mountains that added to the serenity of our vacation. the hotel offered complimentary activities like board games and gym which were quite enjoyable. the location was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and away from the hustle-bustle of city life. we had the pleasure of relishing yummy food that had both local and international cuisines.

    The rooms were not spacious enough, making it a bit of a challenge for our family of three. there were no playing areas/facilities for smaller kids, which was a little disappointing.
